- JUJudy UpmannDec 10, 20251.0The workers want to argue with my daughter and again working in the service industry like retail and hospitality you don’t debate with your customers and management needs to order the supplies better and all because it’s part of running a business and then refund doesn’t happen as they mentioned no foam for the drink but have to get out for my daughters money being disabled in the fridged weather now. It’s called customer satisfaction as only good thing they refunded our money for drink due to the error on them not having everything for the product.
