  First time here in years. Customer service was on point was greeted as I walked in the door, it was genuine, nothing rehearsed. The cashier, pointed out the new items. I chose my sandwich, paid for it, before I could sit down my order was ready. The meat and I gredients were fresh. Didn't know JJ was so good! Even the staff was happy friendly and welcoming!!!

  I don't think I would ever return to Jimmy John's in Kenosha. the service was extremely horrible for myself a person of color. Upon ordering I greeted my cashier he did not greet me back he stated what can I get you. I informed him what would he recommend due to me never been here. He stated,'look up there it's right there. He was not pleasant. Once I completed my purchase I moved to the side and there was a Caucasian gentleman behind me that was greeted very respectfully. Once my food was ready he shouted out my order did not provide a bag until I requested Did not put any napkins or sandwich dressing in the bag. Horrible customer service.

  I don’t usually go to a business right before they’re closing. In this instance, it was Thursday at maybe 5:30pm. I had no idea they closed at 6pm. After we purchased 4 sandwiches for $60 we went to go sit down to eat. It was apparent the manager sent their staff to clean under tables right next to us and then stood next to us to talk loudly about how they were trying to close and made sure we heard. This was our first time at a Jimmy John’s, only went because we had a gift card and it’s safe to say we’ve experienced enough, the sandwiches were mediocre at best, poor way to treat customers, and we won’t be returning. The staff are learning awful customer service skills because of this.

  Everything I look for in a sandwich. The tuna sandwich was light, refreshing, and mouth watering. Very enjoyable 😉
