I don’t usually go to a business right before they’re closing. In this instance, it was Thursday at maybe 5:30pm. I had no idea they closed at 6pm. After we purchased 4 sandwiches for $60 we went to go sit down to eat. It was apparent the manager sent their staff to clean under tables right next to us and then stood next to us to talk loudly about how they were trying to close and made sure we heard. This was our first time at a Jimmy John’s, only went because we had a gift card and it’s safe to say we’ve experienced enough, the sandwiches were mediocre at best, poor way to treat customers, and we won’t be returning. The staff are learning awful customer service skills because of this.

Worst jimmy johns i’ve ever been to, customer service is non existent. If you aren’t going to fill my order, don’t allow me to place it. Wish I could give zero stars.
