- RWRy WJan 30, 20261.0I’m so disappointed Dominos, they’re usually my go to for a quick meal for me and my family. I probably order from Dominoes at least 2x a week because I work a lot. I called today to let them know that the pizza was super cold and that it took forever to come. Josh the manager made up a horrible excuse and he wouldn’t accommodate me or at least apologize for the inconvenience. But it’s okay I’ll just take my business elsewhere since the manager was no help!!!

Unknowingly thinking my kid had ordered it brought it in, as it was cold outside and took a shower. We ate the food @ separate times. I finally saw him & told him thanks for the pizza and wings and he was like I thought YOU ordered it.... The guy delivered it to my house not the guy who actually ordered it upstairs. I called Joshua to tell him as this was almost $42 & he refused to resend or even call the guy and hung up on me....I will NEVER order from Domino's because of Joshua and his nasty attitude. I feel bad for the man upstairs, he has his lights on, door open & was starving. We didnt realize it till it was too late and so I called Joshua, representing Domino's who "refused" to help and hung up on me.....Terrible customer service and Repore'....

The food wasn’t hot either & it was done in like 7 mins even tho I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 medium 2 topping pizza & 32pc bites. Which means they gave me some stuff already made for idk how long. I understand extras are $2-$3 each, but when I’m spending $53 & have a huge family & kids, I want fresh food done exactly how I asked for it. Simply going to a different Domino’s next time or another pizza place in general.
