We were the only 2 customers in the store when we walked in. We were told to wait a minute, and stood there and watched them put away cold cheese for over 5 minutes before we walked out. Worst service I've ever seen at a fast food place. They definitely don't care. 🤷🏻

Both the fish and the roast beef sandwiches had old bread. Roast beef was barely warm, probably made first while the fish was cooked .

Avoid the Steak Nuggets. They are expensive (~$10 for 9 little bite size pieces, + $5 more for small drink and fries), tiny and super dry. Should be called beef bits and are nothing like what you see on the commercials.
UPDATE: Arby's sent a follow-up link to provide further details. I completed their form and questionnaire and submitted, only to get a request rejected message (attached). Did this 3 more times and same result. They are not really wanting feedback, apparently
