  Beware if your order says pick up at a certain time you might still have to wait an extra 30 minutes Seems like the cook has no help while the servers are just standing around crazy part it wasn’t even busy

  Terrible service. Our takeout order was for 9:20 pm and I waited till 9:57 to get our food. Around 9:45 I asked what the hold up was and the lady said they were waiting on the fries. When we finally did get our food the fries were ice cold.

  Ordered door dash. Paid, waaay too much money. And this is what my food looks like. Also it's all cold even though i picked it up before it said the order was ready. Im posting this at 3:02 pm. And it says my order wont be ready for another minute.

  Tonight I went here with my daughter, her husband and their 3 kids, when we arrived the hostess took are name and told us 15 minute wait, even though there were many tables empty except they needed to be cleared. We went to the car since it's hard waiting with kids ,especially when many other people standing in entrance also waiting. We came back in after 20 minutes and stood to wait another 10 minutes before we were able to get anyone's attention and told there wasn't a server available, seriously was expecting a manager to step in and apologize ,also help clear tables and whatever else needed to be done, sadly none available. Finally we were sat and our server quickly came and apologized and he took our order, he gave us excellent service ,wishing I got his name to let you know that he was great, hoping he gets recognized. Im not sure if I will be back, I felt bad for the staff that they were having to work with short staff, also no manager.

  I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but this experience was bad enough to warrant it. It’s honestly impressive how poorly this visit went. A buffalo chicken sandwich is a very simple item, yet somehow it was executed worse than what you’d expect from fast food. The fries were completely inedible..overcooked, stale, and tasting like they had been sitting out for hours. Basic quality control just wasn’t there. What stood out most was that this didn’t feel like an isolated mistake. It felt systemic, like the food quality overall has significantly declined, relying on low-quality, likely pre-prepared ingredients with very little attention to execution. Discounts and promotions may bring people in, but they don’t compensate for food that isn’t worth eating. Service was equally underwhelming. The bartender was polite, but extremely slow and inattentive. It took far too long to be acknowledged, longer to receive drinks, and an unreasonable amount of time just to place an order. Overall, this was a disappointing experience across the board. I won’t be returning to this location, and based on this visit, I would hesitate to visit any location again. It should genuinely be illegal to serve and charge for food this bad..
