  The manager, JC, was wonderful. The young kid working the front counter, Richard, was also great. They were both super helpful and had smiles on their faces. So pleasant to have good customer service these days! The food was great too.

  Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Weird half furnished dining room. No little cups to dispense horsey sauce. Counter guy seemed puzzled about what they even were when I asked. Finally clarified and ended up with those terrible plastic packets that are hard to open Double beef and cheddar with very little cheese on it And the bathroom smelled strongly of urine and dirty mop water. I will not be returning.

  Placed an online order. Waited over 20 mins causing me to be late returning for lunch. Completely ridiculous. And just think fast food workers want more money….you people cant even read and follow simple instructions.

  Waited for 10 minutes in the lobby with no acknowledgment from the staff that I was there to order 3 people behind the counter looked at me like a deer in the headlights when I asked for service gave up and walked out
