  The cashier was super rude and cranky and they told me to pull around then took a extra 6 mins to bring my food 15 mins total wait time is not fast food

  Do you want a person to be rude to you when you order, or have them tell you they're going to spit in your food because you won't move from the window because there's no one behind you? And then the manager will tell you that she can't give you a refund but she can take your phone number down. I wouldn't go to this place if it was the last Arby's on Earth. Terrible people. Terrible service. This place should be closed down and the manager should be looked at

  Ordered 3 milkshakes through the drive thru. Got to window and payed. Looked in the windows to see them put in a new bag of the mix. They came back minutes later saying the machine is not working. They said they could give us some lemonades instead but we wanted a refund or even a gift card. The manager came to the window and was rude and combative. She said she could not give us a refund or gift card and getting a different drink was our only option or to call corporate in the morning. When asked for the phone number she said she doesn't have the number. After we pulled away she yelled something after us. We will be calling in the morning for sure to complain. Completely unprofessional

  Leaving another review and will continue to until I get my refund. The owner acknowledged my last review however I haven’t been contacted or refunded. What’s going on at this place?!
