  I just wanted to take the time and say that 7 brew in Kenosha is amazing they are always so friendly and welcoming. Their service is amazingly fast. Their menu options is extensive and so many things to choose from. I particularly love their chillers which is a blend coffee and every time I leave and I cannot wait to come back again. You guys are amazing and keep up the positive personality and hope to see you guys soon. 100/10 will recommend 🙂

  Alexia had taken my drink order and was super nice and extremely friendly even though they were very understaffed nothing but good energy and CRISTIAN the guy that served me my drink. He still had a positive attitude.

  I went to the 7 brew Kenosha location like I usually do. I was in a line, then got told by this girl with blue hair, glasses, and large ear gauges to move over to the next line. However, I was pulled up too far and needed to reverse a bit so I could move over. I was in the process of looking around me to make sure there was nothing in my way so I could back up. The girl is throwing her hands in the air with so much attitude and I heard her say, “You’re just gonna stare at me seriously”. Her tone was so rude and I have never experienced a 7 brew worker that was that rude. I have also never seen her there before, so I’m not sure if she’s new or not, but either way I think it’s ridiculous to give that much attitude to a customer. As someone who works in customer service, I would never talk to a customer like that.

  I swear the customer service here is ELITE. I'll come back just for the vibes and energy every single time. 7brew Kenosha absolutely makes me feel like a valued customer, not just another person in a line. Even waiting in line is fun with all the music and energy. I cannot express enough how worth it it is to come get a delicious drink
