Why? The food was all right and the staff did let us basically sit there and serve ourselves because the kids had been waiting for Pizza Hut for over an hour at that point. Won't be going back, that's for sure. I'm sure somebody at Pizza Hut wonders why they're just not getting the business that they used to well, things like this are why. I think I watched maybe 3 door dash drivers and one other pickup in over an hour there. And that was on a Saturday night.

Rude service, called back to say I was confused, even clarified I wasn't mad, just confused that I kept getting this kind of service to be told that they would call me back. When I received the call back I answered and they immediately hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous and I am one to never complain about a place of business as I know the struggles.
