- ESE S2 days ago1.0I have some issues with my eyes so seeing and reading are difficult for me. I ordered food for my family online. When I went to pick it up I saw it on the pickup rack. I walked over scan the receipt with my own eyes for myself first to try to read it myself and unfortunately the writing was a bit too small for me to be able to read and when I did finally find the name. It was partially misprinted and some of the letters were missing, but before I finally found it for myself, I asked one of the ladies if it was for me by asking if it was for "my name" and the tall lady with reddish hair told me the names on it. Read it and that's when I was finally able to find it after I fully picked it up and started walking away with it. Embarrassed. This was completely ableist you need to train your employees to be more sympathetic to people with disabilities. What if I had been fully blind? Would you still have said that? Absolutely unnecessary train your employees better
