  Me and my son got subs and the sandwich station was very clean the service was very friendly and customer oriented Kim and her staff did an amazing job we will definitely recommend this subway to friends and family thank you Kim and your staff . 💪🏽

  I was highly impressed when I showed up to Subway on 1/28/26 at 7:30pm I was greeted by a gentleman giving me the bird and the “shocker” and wasn’t able to get any subs. I would not recommend the fine establishment.

  The food was delicious. The guy was super nice but he was sadly working alone. They always work alone. This would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of people working and therefore long wait times. Everytime we come the worker is working by himself which makes the wait times ludicrous. We always feel bad for the workers yet somehow they are still so nice. The shop loses business because people come in and leave because of the wait times. One worker can't manage online and in person orders alone.

  Walked in with my wife, no one was out to take our order. Waited around for 5 mins and rang the broken service bell and asked if anyone was there multiple times. I could hear people talking in the back, but no one came out the entire time. On our way out we saw through the drive through window the employees crawling their way back to the counter. This is the only janesville location that is just bad

  They actually listened and made a great sandwich! And the poor guy was working alone and swamped. Bonus! They accept coupons!
