This would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of people working and therefore long wait times. Everytime we come the worker is working by himself which makes the wait times ludicrous. We always feel bad for the workers yet somehow they are still so nice. The shop loses business because people come in and leave because of the wait times. One worker can't manage online and in person orders alone.

I could hear people talking in the back, but no one came out the entire time. On our way out we saw through the drive through window the employees crawling their way back to the counter. This is the only janesville location that is just bad
