Self served items like straws and knapkins were at still another area. There were no signs to guide you and there were tall partitions in the dining area that blocked customer views of these areas. My bagel was dry and tough to chew.

The food itself at Panera has just changed over the years and honestly not for the better. Soup always seems so watered down and tasteless. Soups are always lacking seasoning. Temperature of the soup we ordered was hot, it’s just the flavor and how watered down/thin it is. The guava lemonade was decent, not something I had to order again, price was pretty high in my opinion. Sandwich was just OK, nothing special, especially for what you pay. Overall, Panera just isn’t like it used to be. This location seems to be run really well, staff was super friendly, service was quick. Everything was made properly. Exterior of the building looks to be in good shape.
