  Placed an order just before 6pm. Called around 7pm, they said it would be out soon. Called again at 8pm and they said it was going out for real this time. We got our order a little after 8:30pm. We had ordered two cold sandwiches and two fountain drinks. The ice in the drinks was completely gone. The sandwiches felt room temperature. We did not eat the sandwiches, though I did take them apart to assess the accuracy and they did make the sandwiches correctly, the problem is that they allowed the food to sit out and then decided to send out room temperature sandwiches instead of remaking them and the drinks. Normally the service at this location is fine and the food is fine and the hot sandwiches come hot and the cold sandwiches come cold. They failed tonight and when I called about a refund, the manger was defective and defensive. We will be much more hesitant to order, and especially apprehensive about ordering from this particular location.

  Always order from this Jimmy John's. Have it delivered to my office. Always there within 5-10 min. Friendly delivery driver.

  Apparently freaky fast delivery means an hour if you live 5 blocks away.

  Called in an order to be picked up on my lunch quick as I was going to be driving by. Single sandwich and chips, easy in and out I thought. The order taker put it in as delivery to an address that isnt even mine? When I went into the store to pick up the sandwich I was told they had no order by that and was told I called the wrong store. When I provided proof of the call I was then argued with by the man at the counter telling me the number Google provided was wrong and that no one has called in a long while. Thats is when the other employee who I spoke with on the phone says that she took the order and remembered doing so on the number I called straight from Google. Felt pretty disrespected to be told I didnt do something I did and then argued with about it?? Got my sandwich but what a terrible staff experience. The guy at the counter needs to be less hostile and get it together because he obviously had no idea what was going on.
