They can’t even type the drinks in right let alone make it, and when you ask for a refund it’s almost impossible. Don’t waste your time or money here, it’s an awful place.

I left my name and number and was told everything would be ready. When I arrived the next morning, they only had one dozen chocolate and one dozen vanilla. No one called to let me know the order couldn’t be completed. I understand the store is under new ownership, but the manager, Holly, was rude and dismissive when I asked what happened. She showed no empathy and blamed the employee from the night before. She could really benefit from basic customer service training. Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday order.
