  Ordered online for drive thru for convenience. Got my order and it felt light but trusted the order was correct. It wasn't, 4 out 6 donuts were in my order. Went back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Was told to come inside... so super inconvenient for a mistake they made, not me. And when I asked if they could do anything for messing up my order and having to come inside, the girl shrugged her shoulders and said nothing/ didn't ask a manager for a assistance. Bad experience. Hope they can figure out how to be better with customer service and order accuracy.

  The vanilla frosting they use is terrible, for the last two or three years they cannot make vanilla frosting, it is see through and it might as well be a glazed donut. They had offered me free donuts in the past and I don't want free donuts. I just want the vanilla frosting to not suck. Please just fix the frosting...

  Customer service at this location has really gone downhill since new management took over. Forgot an item when ordering at the speaker, and was told at the window that they can't add anything at the window. They also messed up my drink order, so I handed it back at the window. I was told to park and wait for a new drink even though nobody else was in line. Decided just to go in rather than drive around again for the missing item. The munchkins we ordered were stale and tasted day-old even though it was before 8 AM.

  The workers are really nice and friendly and non stop work to get customers their food but the manager is rude, has an attitude and threw my loaded hash brown at me. Highly suggest corporate look into finding a replacement for the manager lady here. Had to stare her down due to everyone else working and she was standing around and my hashbrowns weren't being made for at least 3 minutes after I ordered them until she got irritated I kept looking at her and she then started making my hashbrowns. She then threw the bag at me when she was done. And gave me a nasty face. The hash browns had way too much sauce on them. She didnt care how she made them.

  I stopped in the night before to order three dozen donuts for my son’s birthday — two dozen chocolate cream–filled and one dozen vanilla cream–filled. I left my name and number and was told everything would be ready. When I arrived the next morning, they only had one dozen chocolate and one dozen vanilla. No one called to let me know the order couldn’t be completed. I understand the store is under new ownership, but the manager, Holly, was rude and dismissive when I asked what happened. She showed no empathy and blamed the employee from the night before. She could really benefit from basic customer service training. Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday order.
