The girl we talked to was incompetent she kept saying she had to talk to her manager. She had to ask for what crust we had ordered when we were there and they asked for are phone number 3 times. They weren't understaffed we were able to count 9 people working just from the parking lot and they didn't even apologize or give us compensation.

I just want a refund and they make it impossible. no where in the app does it allow me to mark it as not delivered nor am I able to get ahold of anyone via email. I'm going to keep trying and if I can't get anywhere with it I'll have to contact my bank and do a charge back. Overall very disappointed.
