I rarely leave negative reviews but with the experience we had today, coupled with some problems in the past at Arby’s I feel compelled to do so. My wife went through the drive through around noon and placed an order that included a Kings Hawiiain fish sandwich, an Italian Beef dip sandwich, two medium curly fries and a double beef and cheddar meal. When she got home I noticed the bottom of the bag was soaked with some kind of liquid. It turned out that the person who put our order together didn’t put the lid on the au jus container on tight and all of it spilled out soaking two of our fry orders and the fish sandwich. The fries were basically inedible and there was no au jus left for my sandwich. We spent over $30 and half of the food was ruined. Oh and I almost forgot, the fish sandwich that we received was their standard and not the Hawaiian.

The last few times we’ve been here, the staff have been amazing. They are always so polite and kind. Whether you’re inside or going through the drive through, they go out of their way for you! Kudos to all of them!

The food was good. I had a deal in the app for BOGO sandwich. I had two Beef and Cheddars. I like them because they aren't dry. I was still hungry and ordered four mozzarella sticks. Arby's does a good job with their mozzarella sticks.
The service was pretty fast, and I got my food quickly. I have no complaints about that.
The atmosphere is kind of blah. I mean, it's a fast food place. I don't go to fast food places because of the atmosphere. But, if I had to rate something as not 5 stars, it would have to be the atmosphere. There are plenty of places to sit, though, and there are two rooms you can sit in.

Dec 18 the woman at the register was impatient and ride. Dec 19 I called to ask if my small green wallet was turned in and I was put on hold 20 minutes before I hung up
