Went back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Was told to come inside... so super inconvenient for a mistake they made, not me. And when I asked if they could do anything for messing up my order and having to come inside, the girl shrugged her shoulders and said nothing/ didn't ask a manager for a assistance. Bad experience. Hope they can figure out how to be better with customer service and order accuracy.

Forgot an item when ordering at the speaker, and was told at the window that they can't add anything at the window. They also messed up my drink order, so I handed it back at the window. I was told to park and wait for a new drink even though nobody else was in line. Decided just to go in rather than drive around again for the missing item. The munchkins we ordered were stale and tasted day-old even though it was before 8 AM.
