  I am extremely dissatisfied and frankly appalled by the level of service I received. I called to request a simple change to my order through the app and was told it was already in the oven and nothing could be done. I then offered to pay for a replacement item, only to be told I would be charged an additional delivery fee—despite the app clearly indicating the order had not yet been completed. What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism during the call. The employee I spoke with appeared unsure of how to handle the situation and was being directed by someone in the background rather than confidently assisting me. This created a disorganized and unprofessional interaction that only added to the frustration. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in both communication and customer service. Charging additional fees under these circumstances, combined with the lack of competent support, is unacceptable. I expected far better.

  We ordered and they got it wrong. they were snotty and after we went to pickup are second pizza we had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot. The girl we talked to was incompetent she kept saying she had to talk to her manager. She had to ask for what crust we had ordered when we were there and they asked for are phone number 3 times. They weren't understaffed we were able to count 9 people working just from the parking lot and they didn't even apologize or give us compensation.

  I placed an order last week 2/3/26 and never received my pizza and they closed before I was able to call I've been trying to reach out via email because I don't have a lot of time to be on a phone call due to my job and still have had no response other than dominos created a case number for me. I just want a refund and they make it impossible. no where in the app does it allow me to mark it as not delivered nor am I able to get ahold of anyone via email. I'm going to keep trying and if I can't get anywhere with it I'll have to contact my bank and do a charge back. Overall very disappointed.

  I’m a traveling hockey parent and really had no issues with the service at this location ,, pulled up to the carry out window and was greeted with a min and I was handed my pizza .. of I went ! Just thought they deserved a 5 star for there shitty rating ….
