I ordered two shakes they drive thru an it took 20 minutes to get it out the window. 100% recommend going to Bessemer mi instead. Always respectful and fast

New management sucks, Left us waiting in line for 20 minutes just for 2 shakes. Shakes were very poorly made and watery. Would much rather and highly recommend taking the extra 15 minutes to drive to the Bessemer location.

They love to close their walk up window when there are football games happening across the street. This encourages the kids to stand in line at the drive because they are drive through only. Safety is NOT their concern. Its been multiple times Ive seen their employees chasing each other in and out of the building running through the drive through areas in between cars. They food quality has gone downhill, its better to drive 15 minutes across state lines and go to the one in bessemer. Not sure if its the same owners, but the customer service and food quality is so much better in Bessemer than the Hurley location.

They don't have the 5 cent Ice-cream Cone and 10 cents Dilly Bar like when I was a kid. But they still have great tasting items on their menu.
