- BIbj Irving4 days ago1.0I’ve had great experiences with Five Guys in the past, which is why this visit was disappointing. While traveling, I stopped at this location and placed a simple order: a single burger with no cheese, just ketchup and mustard, along with a plain order of fries. Unfortunately, my order came out incorrect—a double burger with cheese and Cajun fries instead of plain. I personally don’t eat cheese, and the Cajun seasoning was too spicy for me to enjoy. In addition, I was never given a receipt or order number. This led to confusion, as staff repeatedly brought out different orders and asked if they were mine. It created unnecessary back-and-forth that could have easily been avoided with a standard receipt and number system. I understand mistakes can happen, especially when traveling and visiting a new location, but this experience didn’t reflect the consistency I’ve come to expect. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.

I called them to see what I was charged and they told me a regular cheeseburger is two patties! They are up charging… Don’t go here. They also hung up on me when I called to see why I was charged for what I didn’t order. Look at what they are charging you here. Crooks

I don’t feel bogged down at all after eating here, that’s how you know the food is real quality. I’m definitely coming back here! The staff was friendly too 🤩 This is also coming from someone who eats out often and all over the world, from dives to extremely high end restaurants 💯

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
