It ruins the whole smoothie and makes it taste cheap and only like yogurt. I got three of the main smoothies to test this, the strawberry banana, mango, and strawberry. The mango and strawberry tasted ONLY like yogurt. While the strawberry banana tasted only like bananas. I was craving a fresh and fruity smoothie and this did not satisfy it.

In the hopes that someone sees this review and can make some changes to the drive thru process at this location. Was it a busy time to go? Yes. 5:15 on a Friday. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, I had made it to the window. 8 minutes after that I saw her get my 2 drinks. Then onto the soup. It was gone. The girl working the drive thru then goes in the back to get more. Another 7 minutes to get 2 orders of soup in bowls and then the sandwich. I received my food, said thank you with a smile and she apologized for the wait. I've worked in food service before. I was always told if your handling money you do not deal with the food. This poor girl is running around doing the job that someone else should be doing. Expediting. She should take the money and make the drinks. She should have a team behind her getting the soup and sandwich into the bag for her. She should not be doing everything, while what looked to be the manager, was standing in one spot the whole time talking and laughing. All while there is a long line of vehicles outside. 40 some minutes for 2 bowls of soup, 2 drinks and a sandwich $39. Usually there is bread in the bag for the soup. Not this time. We're they out of bread? Bread is literally the name of your business.
