  Went last night to eat something different.. since we're from out of town. Waited 15 minutes to be sat. We get to our table, order our food & dealt with the loud TVs. My husband gets his food first but was missing something, I waited 20 minutes for my salad bcuz they put ranch on it when I asked for honey mustard (can't do dairy) waited 15 minutes for my side of potato wedges. Not even a couple bites in.. our server asked if we wanted boxes.. kept coming back & asking if we needed anything 8 times in 20 minutes.. seemed like she was in a hurry to go home. Very disappointed.. won't be coming back to this location for a while.

  Easily some of the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. It’s surprising how inconsistent a big chain like Buffalo Wild Wings can be. The wings were poor, and even the sauce was bad—we could barely finish them. I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations, like the one at the Minneapolis airport, which was actually exceptional. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The atmosphere was terrible. The music was painfully loud, like being at a concert, and I could barely hear our waitress. I really wish I had read the reviews before coming here.

  Management was not existing staff was overwhelmed. Was unable to even eat food.Because there weren't even silverware. Management walks out from behind after we decide to leave with smiles on their faces.And that's when I decided to let em have it. Should not be in a position.I've management if you're not available to support your staff. This was not on the staff.This was definitely on the management.

  I hope this is not the usual visit for this location. Wow, it was bad. I placed an online order. Website told me to pick up at 6:15pm. I stood (no seating in the lobby) and waited for over an hour for my order. I watched person after person return with their to-go orders complaining they were incorrect. I saw two people get refunds. I stayed silent and waited. Finally was given my order, it was correct, although the ticket they gave me belonged to another order. Strange, no idea how they got the order right! The worker told me to call and ask for a refund in about an hour when it was less busy. How strange?!?! I didn’t do that, maybe I should have. Lesson learned, I won’t eat at this location again. I felt bad for the manager, he seemed stressed, sad and defeated. Poor guy. The big wigs need to help this location out. The manager was trying, but he needs support.

  This place is terrible, should have read the reviews first. The restaurant was half full and had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. Waited another 15 minutes to have a server come up to us. Ended up leaving when they told us the kitchen was backed up. Terribly understaffed, the staff they have are inconsiderate, and the atmosphere is messy. The McDonalds across the way is 5* dining compared to this Buffalo Wild Wings.
