  Usually I’ve had great service here over the last 10+ years I’ve been going to this location. The most recent order they forgot to give me my large Mello Yellow with the order and I didn’t notice right away. Also, Lately, my last few online orders have included a 6 piece mozzarella sticks as a side for a meal. The 4 piece is supposed to come with one marinara by default, and the 6 piece gets two marinara dips by default. The past three or more times now I was lucky I asked for extra sauces at the drive through window during pickup as there was not even one single marinara in the bag despite ordering a 6 piece (usually I like to have 2 dips for a 4 piece or 3 for a 6 piece so I always ask for 1 extra sometimes 2 just in case one gets missed). Had I not been physically handed extra I’d have been eating the mozz sticks with no sauce which just isn’t very good, and usually results in me just not eating them if I don’t have the marinara. Once or twice here and there without sauce I can maybe understand since stuff happens or the store can be busy, but this is AT LEAST three separate times in a row now of receiving zero marinara in the bag compared to what should be in there, so I’m not sure what’s missing in the equation. I often also get an unknown amount of Arby’s sauce — sometimes I may request 8 depending on what I’ve ordered and I’ll receive exactly 8, sometimes a couple more, and other times I’ll barley get 1-2 packets, then other times I’ve requested 4 and get anywhere from zero to 10+ packets. How it’s constantly all over the board and inconsistent with sauces I have no clue. The app does not have the ability to pre-request extra marinara sauces either unfortunately, so I just have to hope I have Arby’s sauce in the bag and remember to always request marinara at the window. Usually my most recent orders are later in the evening like after 7 or 8pm typically.

  Asked for a lot of ketchup(for two meals) and only got a few packets. I don't understand why fast food places do this. If we ask for a lot, we want a lot, and we will pay for it if we have to. Roast beef sandwiches were also not very hot. Edit: This time, ketchup amount was good but sandwiches were still not even close to hot.

  The Arby's Italian beef dip sandwich is one of the best things on the menu. Keep the his sandwich on the menu please!
