I can’t say enough good things about this place!
Beer selection is outstanding! Food is delicious, reuben sandwich is huge, burgers are delicious, sour cream and chive fries 🤤, smoked meats are melt in your mouth and the pizza is the best in the area by far!
Ordering is different than most places, get your table, then order at the hostess station. This probably helps having less staff, which in turn keeps prices lower, which helps everyone.
I would definitely give 10 ⭐️ to the kitchen staff. We have been there when 50 people are in the dining room due to the weather and we have been there when 500 people are outside for the bands and multiple outdoor bar areas, the kitchen keeps quality and consistency a priority and still serves at a fast pace, amazing!

Best bar & grill around! My wife and I have made the rounds from Joe Mama’s, Sloppy Joe’s, Mill Stone…all around the area and Bilda’s is far and above THE BEST!
We’ve honestly never had something we didn’t like here, which is unusual. The environment inside feels like up north.
Great recommendations:
Rueben
Pulled pork
Philly cheesesteak
Shepherd’s Pie
Chili
Pizza
SMOKED BEANS!
Drinks are poured heavy, if you like! Amazing beer selection, some exclusive to only this location.
Will keep coming back as long as they’re open!
Bildas was an unexpected stop during girls day! It was one of our best stops of the day. So good that we booked an Airbnb for later in the year so we can bring friends back to Bildas! Make sure you stop by Bildas!

Didn't get food but the staff and people people there were very nice. Definitely coming back for the food it looked and smelled amazing.
First time here. We were in the area and decided we needed a BBQ lunch.
Food:
They have an extensive menu, with the emphasis on smoked meats. We got a Mile High Reuben and a Pastrami Sandwich. Both had a good portion of very tender smoked meats, and they were served hot. The marble rye was nicely toasted.
The order of onion rings was huge. They were hand-breaded with a decent amount of flavor. There was a mix of different sizes, but lots of little pieces, which made them a bit tedious to eat.
Service:
Super friendly and helpful service. You grab a seat and order at the bar. The food came out in short order.
Atmosphere:
It's an interesting-looking place, both inside and out. Outside you pass the barbecue that’s fired up and smoking the meats. Inside, it has a low ceiling with lots of mugs, over 2,500 of them, that are numbered and belong to customers. There was lots of friendly banter going on between patrons and staff. There were only a few other small groups there, and it was a bit noisy for my tastes.
A great place for an excellent sandwich.
