I used to work at a Dunkin, I know how they make the hashbrowns and this is just lazy work. Either they were sitting out for a bit Or they didn’t leave them in long enough, these are under cooked and just Nasty. They were for my one year-old who won’t even touch them and he’s not even a picky eater. That’s why I had to leave a review, how is such a small menu item messed up this bad? Bleh. There was also grease all over the bag when she handed it to me, My hands were full of grease. Make sure when you prepare the food not to get grease all over the wrapper, nobody wants to touch that.. the less mess the better when getting to go. I will not be coming back to this location.. first time here and also last that’s for sure.
