  The teen behind the counter had the personality of a rock. Our group was nothing but polite and kind to her and went out of way to be nice to her. She took our order as stoick as a stone, never smiled, never acknowledged our kind words. Then she turned around with us still standing at the counter and began ranting to her poor coworker that so and so had called in and she didn't even have time to call so and so early in because she was too busy. I tried to help by standing up at the counter to collect our order, she actually walked past me with it and put it on a table. I wished her a nice day and my family told her they really appreciated her. She turned around with out a word and stormed off. I have had bad days, true, but I have never taken out my anger on the people I am supposed to be helping. Sorry you had to do you job.

  We ordered a cake and it wasn't ready at the time requested. Haley made sure it was done in a timely matter and it was decorated beautifully;) thanks

  I've gone to this DQ often but have only done ice cream through the drive thru. I agree with others that the blizzards tend to be more on the thinner side than thicker like I've gotten olat other DQs. Whenever I've gotten blizzards through the drive thru the service has been decent, employees friendly, and had no issues with the blizzards. Today, I decided to go inside to get food for the first time at this location. The staff was nice and the restaurant seemed clean. It took myself and many others so long to get our food. I believe we waited at least 15 minutes, which is a while for fast food. Even the cashier checked on our food and told her coworkers things were taking too long. Again, many people waited just as long or longer and it wasn't busy. The cashier and employee making the ice cream worked quickly and did their job. Everyone else, not so much. The food tasted decent and no issues there. It would be great if it didn't take so long for food to be made.

  Ordered 2 hotdogs and the pretzel sticks. Nothing was cooked. The pretzels were ice cold with the butter slopped on top, hot dogs weren’t even warmed up. Asked for ketchup when I ordered and they didn’t even give me any until I had to knock on the window and they just looked annoyed as hell that I was bothering them.
