My wife and I try to get to a supper club weekly and we have a pretty solid rotation that we hit, and we will differentially be adding this to our regular rotation. And it’s only a minute drive! Prime rib was amazing, well seasoned and much bigger cut than I was anticipating, and the potato cakes should be a meal all on their own!
