At 6:40 I checked the tracker again and my order had just gone into the oven…… Make it make sense. We ended up canceling our order after calling the store and being told it’s in the oven and would be to our home (12 minutes away) in 40 minutes. Last time I ordered here they forgot a pizza. Then delivered one for free that look burnt and was cold.

Placed an order online at 355 to be picked up at 5pm. 3 pizzas , parm bits , cheese bread and cookie brownie. Nothing huge or special pepperoni and sausage only on the pizza. Get there on time and get told it’s at the top of there list after prep it will take about 8 min. So they said about 15-20 more min. What’s the point in placing an order in advance for a specific time if it can’t be done. You’re better off going to kwik trip or the store and just getting a frozen pizza. Nearly 50 in pizza and ordered ahead of time to have to wait longer. Ridiculous. If you have the chance to go else where do so. Last time we ordered delivery it was hours after they said it would be delivered. Never again
