  I spoke to the owner a couple of months ago about adding our subdivision to their delivery because a lot of us order regularly. She told me she tried but corporate will not add it, but to put our address in the comments when choosing pinpoint and then call the store and let them know we live in the new subdivision across the street. I ordered tonight and did exactly what I was told and a gentleman who said he was the "general manager" (on the tracker it says his name is Benjamin) said that they are not allowed to do this because we are not in their delivery range (we are closer than the high school). I told him I was instructed to do this by who I believe was the owner and he very rudely told me that "they should have never told us this and it was inappropriate for them to be giving us false information". I told him I live across the street from the high school and am technically closer. He declined my request and very rudely hung up. Hopefully our pizza isn't affected because I called. We are literally in the new subdivision across the street from the high school parking lot. Customer Service was incredibly horrible and this gentleman (Benjamin) should be talked to. Please advise if I am wrong?

  We ordered pizza and cheesy bread online. The app told us to expect to pick it up between 4:46 and 4:56. We left home about 4:45 and the drive is about 3-4 minutes. We arrived at the window and were told it would be 10 minutes. We had to drive around, waited and had to drive around again. 8-9 minutes later we were told 5 more minutes. We came back in 5 and were told they were "really busy, it's Friday." Pizza was still not ready. We were told 2 more minutes and we just asked for a refund. I have no problem waiting, but be upfront and honest about prep and pick up times. We know our pizza was not even put in the oven until AFTER we arrived to pick it up. (The manager let that slip as he said there was a "communication problem".) It will be forever until we return!

  They suddenly refused to deliver to my home (12 minutes away), even though they deliver to places like Mayville and Iron Ridge. That makes zero sense. This delivery policy is frustrating and will cost you customers if it continues.

  I got an empty box? Ordered delivery due to the house having head cold and laying down. I asked if they could deliver covid style to the back door on the bench and ring the bell, she said of course then getting off the call she wished us well soon! Within 20 minutes the bell rings, I get to the back door and notice an extra box! Concerned it was food not intended for us I check it immediately its empty. It was cusion box so our hot food wouldn't get cold and wet on the bench! Just too sweet and considerate this staff is, thank you, Horicon Dominoes Team!

  Cold and incorrect order. Wings undercooked. All food cold. Attached is picture of what is suppose to be chicken Alfredo tasted terrible. Not Alfredo and no chicken
