He made sure my order was correct and got everything out quickly, even while it was busy. Dean had such a positive attitude and great customer service — you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making customers feel taken care of. Employees like him really make a difference. Taco Bell is lucky to have Dean on their team!

Ordered a box. My grilled cheese burrito (GCB) was perfect, crunchy supremes were supreme (plenty of sour cream), and the service was quick and no cringe drive through interactions (everyone hates that). Keep up the good work!

The third, they gave me cinnamon twists instead of nachos in the $7 box, which I didnt want, but there was zero cinnamon or sugar on them. I called and complained and they didnt offer to do anything about it. Worst service ever.
