Twice in the last week when letting them know I was there to pick up an app order, they've had me pull off to the side and wait while other orders are taken and processed. Today, the wait was over 20 minutes while more than half a dozen orders were processed and customers drove off with their food. Over lunch hour. If this is how you treat those who order ahead... well, thanks for wasting my time, and good luck alienating some of your most loyal customers.
