I try to take it easy on food service workers.. my order was wrong thats not why im posting.. my order was wrong and the shift manager was just awful to staff while it was being prepared. Over heard him yelling in a belittling mannor orders around the kitchen and the over all agressive demenor. Mistakes happen thats not a big deal but watching employees i see regularly get bullied at work sucked.

We told her a shake and then she walked away as she still hadn’t made the shake. Then she was out of straws and had to go find some. Very slow and poor service.
