There were TWO customers in the store including myself at peak dinner hours 515pm and 5 employees I could see all just kind of loafing around. Im a former restaurant manager and I have no idea what anyone except for one lady was working the other four were just kind of aimlessly walking around, Im appalled.

Unfortunately we stopped here thinking it would be quicker. We got in line and ordered our meals. I also ordered us two cups for water when checking out. With extra attitude I was told "we don't do that". Now after reading the reviews going back a few months, this has been an issue for awhile, with no plan of changing it. We get water at many other restaurants without any issues. I then ordered some chips and some medium salsa. Again, the guy gave me lots of attitude. Instead of explaing the options he just said there are many kinds. After taking a few bites of my chicken, I realized the quality of meat was terrible. I had a bite of my husband's steak and thought that was bad too, even though he was alright with it. I feel like the meat quality of Qdoba has gone down over the years. I will not be back here again.
