Stopped in and had some of the carnitas tacos and burria tacos. Both were excellent and made to order. Wish portions were bigger or priced cheaper because $3.50 for small tacos sucks but they were very tasty so... 5 stars. Best Qdoba I've had in probably ever.

Long story short - I was ignored for 5 minutes by an employee in an empty store. I left without being acknowledged.

Incredibly rude manager when asked for a water cup, "We don't do that here".
Well, if I can't have acup of water with my $15 meal (stingy portions compared to other qudoba may I add) , without buying a $4 bottle of water, then you made the incredibly easy decision to never come back.

Oh my god they are so slow, there is no sense of urgency whatsoever from any employee. There were TWO customers in the store including myself at peak dinner hours 515pm and 5 employees I could see all just kind of loafing around. Theres no way it should have taken 5 minutes for someone to get the motivation to come over and "greet" us. Im a former restaurant manager and I have no idea what anyone except for one lady was working the other four were just kind of aimlessly walking around, Im appalled.

We were driving through this town and wanted lunch. We debated about stopping at the Mexican restaurant down the street or here. Unfortunately we stopped here thinking it would be quicker. We got in line and ordered our meals. I also ordered us two cups for water when checking out. With extra attitude I was told "we don't do that". Now after reading the reviews going back a few months, this has been an issue for awhile, with no plan of changing it. We get water at many other restaurants without any issues. I then ordered some chips and some medium salsa. Again, the guy gave me lots of attitude. Instead of explaing the options he just said there are many kinds. After taking a few bites of my chicken, I realized the quality of meat was terrible. I had a bite of my husband's steak and thought that was bad too, even though he was alright with it. I feel like the meat quality of Qdoba has gone down over the years. I will not be back here again.
