I have a a lot of of bad experiences with this Hartford qudoba. Almost wishing Hartford never had a qudoba. First my white rice is hard everytime I get it and double protein looks more like a little protein. The manager and one other don’t know if it’s a manager or not vape outside of the store in front of customers when they can go to the back of the store to do so. At times that I have been in that place everyone seems to be having the worst day of their life. I also heard a rumor around Hartford that at least half of a family works there. They all have different last names and different addresses so it would be hard to tell. Can someone in the headquarters do something. Please can we fix this it’s gotten to the point of me getting qudoba in westbend. So if anyone in these reviews would like to get your order the right way go to westbend qudoba is the best.!!

I can’t remember how many times I’ve gotten violently ill with food poisoning from this place unfortunately the food taste good still so I keep going back then I look at how crusty and old the food is and I remember laying on the bathroom floor last time so I usually just leave after that

This is the third time in a row I’ve ordered a bowl and it was so skimpy, I had to make more food when I got home. And when I say skimpy, I mean like 3 bites worth.

Quesadilla was rushed, asked for double chicken, portions were not great, not even enough cheese in the quesadilla for it to stick together. Right after I picked it up most of the chicken is falling out. Was not an enjoyable meal.

The young lady ringing me up said she had to charge me for a cup of water from the fountain machine. When I asked why she said that people keep breaking the machine after they’ve fixed it. It is not broken now, but apparently she felt that I needed to pay for the cup of water I wanted. I chose to go without it. Later I went back up and asked for a cup to fill up in the bathroom. She gave me a look, but let me do this. Then I saw another customer (with a different cashier) get water from the fountain machine and when I asked, he said he didn’t think they made him pay for it. Completely ridiculous not only to charge for a cup (not a bottle!) of water, but especially to only charge some customers and not others!
