- JFJodi FioriJan 31, 20262.0If you're going here, go through the drive- through. If you go IN the store, you will stand there and wait for everyone going to the drive-through. At least a 10 minute wait, no matter what. The young lady at the counter was friendly when she finally came over.

I wasn’t sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude. It didn’t stop there—she went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. She explained exactly how to put together a box of coffee and what to include in the bag. She mentioned they normally provide cups and fixings for 10, but since she knew my order was for 12, she added the extra two without me even asking. It may seem like a small detail, but those little things make a huge difference. Kudos to Emily and the entire Hartford Dunkin’ team for going above and beyond. I left impressed and grateful for the extra effort!
