    I don't think this location is an actual franchise. It look old, run down, faded sign. There are employees but none are working. The weirdest experience - no one will make eye contact or respond to asking if I can place an order. It like. They are all deaf and blind. They just ignore you. Something is seriously wrong with this bizarre place.

    I went inside to order because their drive thru is ridiculously slow. I was told I had to use the kiosk inside, which I am morally opposed to. I politely said, no, to which she said, "That's the only way to place an order." So, I left because they clearly aren't interested in doing their jobs. It was not an issue of not having enough staff because there were at least 6 people working

    One of the slowest moving drive through I have ever experienced. I decided to reverse and go inside, after waiting 5-10 minutes with not one employee acknowledging the line I asked “hi is anyone taking orders”. After that, a young lady making the food came to take orders.

    Went at 12:30 and was told any food ordered would take 30+ minutes. I said it was fine, and the worker stopped answering the drive through! Your paying your employees to turn away paying customers!
