It use to have a positive feel, with staff talking with patrons, but now you can’t even get utensils or drinks on your own. And staff are almost invisible since the one register is rarely staffed, and there is no visibility to the serving area. Very robotic feel, and the cherry on top was seeing a “free” gift wheel only available to those who gave perfect corporate surveys. DO NOT reward slanted surveys.

The bottom part of the bun was like shoe leather. The hamburger was dried out and tasteless. I'm going to go through the drive-thru you're getting somebody's house's order not correct. Everything goes wrong. The Hales Corners McDonald's is not the restaurant that you're going to. This hamburger should have been one of the best because I was right at the change from breakfast to lunch menu.
