I ordered a decaf coffee and it was so strong I couldn't drink it. The only reason for the stars was because the dining area was clean and the counter staff were pleasant. Go there for donuts or ice cream and you should be fine!

They called me 4 hours before the cake was due for pickup asking if I could pick it up 4 hours after the scheduled pickup. They told me the cake was not done, I called before picking it up and again they told me to come at 5pm instead of 1:30p. I told them I needed it for a party and they said that a lady at another store would make it and drive it over and i could have it by 2:30. 2:30 rolls around and she just arrived with a melted spider man cake that tipped over and the other cake which was fine. She told me it melted in the car and shes trying to refreeze a melted cake that is falling over. They gave me 6 doughnuts as an apology....The cake did not make it home and melted all over my car. Very unprofessional, the cakes were ugly, not worth your time or money.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
