  Its saturday and it says online you are open til 4am. It is 10:15pm and when i called they said they are closed. I asked why and the guy that answered just said "we are closed because we are" that i completely rude. If its bc of being short staffed or another reason just say that. Poor customer service.

  I've gone here every month and half for about a year. Always had good service and good food. Never had my oder messed up. Only once have I had to wait longer than 5 minutes.

  I put in a complaint almost 2 weeks ago about the crappy service we received at this location. We sat in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us for 20 mins. Usually we pull out of line because it always takes more than 10 mins to get food but none the less we waited, once we finally got to the window I handed the fat guy my card and asked him why does it take so long to get an order here? The fat guy handed me back my card and told me we can leave. I asked the fat guy what his name was and he told me he isn't telling me so I pulled around to the front and called the store to speak with a manager. The fat guy answered the phone and asked me why I wanted to speak to a manager? Informed him because I want to speak to a manager and then he hung up on me. I called right back and then the same guy put the phone down on the counter so I waited over 53 mins and then hung up and called the corporate office to put in my complaint. I contacted the corporate office yesterday as I hadn't heard from anyone and I was told that someone told corporate that they called me when in fact no one called me. I finally got a call today from a Whitney stating she was the area manager and what was my issue? I explained to Whitney what took place and her first and only response was " did you post a bad review calling my employee a "fat guy"? Whitney then asked me why do I need to go to this location? Well Whitney, if your store had better service customers wouldn't need to post bad reviews and more so if your staff gave their name when asked for accountability how else to identify the crappy service other than physical features to identify the staff? FYI Whitney, it's none of your business where we choose to buy food from and well there you have it folks that explains it all as to the crappy, slow and unprofessional service at this location. I guess I will get a soda everyday because I don't trust the processing of orders, just to give a bad review and hopefully the service will change in the future!
