Maybe slicing your own saves money (a lot of money when it’s see through), but it’s gonna lose customers like me. Sorry subway! You just made a new Jimmy John’s Customer!
- KKKeeley KaphingstOct 26, 20223.0First off, you order in the drive through on a touchscreen monitor. And each option doesn’t list what’s on the sandwich nor the prices. Talk about impersonal. Then I waited a while for our 2 sandwiches. I had to remind the guy that we had drinks coming, then I get home and realize one of the sandwiches is as only a 6” not a footlong that I had paid for. I went back and they refunded me the $6 additional but that’s it- no additional compensation for the error. They did apologize though. I won’t rush to go back to that location.
