  The food was nasty. Taste old like it’s a leftover food and got heated up( soup )that lady who is laying down on the food counter she looked like she don’t wanna be there and she also have a bad attitude. And maybe she should have a gloves on while she making people food.

  I’m sitting down waiting on my girl friend to get her uber order to deliver and the manager Hailey is really rude and she didn’t even take the chance to look for my girl friend order and their was a gentleman working and he approached her and asked if she got help and obviously she didn’t and he went to go look for the customers name my girl had for uber and the manager Hailey yells at him saying no orders are ready . There was another worker there too but she didn’t have a name tag , she had glasses ,her name is Kira , The gentleman working even offered my girl a drink for waiting on her uber order. His name is Andrew very nice guy I give him a five star with customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the ladies working with him were really mean .

  10/10 everytime at this Panera!!! Food is always done quickly, correctly and most importantly DELICIOUS ❤️ The staff is also always super nice and helpful!!! Keep it up!!!!

  Picked up soup today for a sick friend. I watched the girl expediting orders at the pick up counter. She was getting a bit harassed by an elderly fellow who apparently wanted his coffee free. He accused her of giving him some grief for not purchasing his cup for his beverage. She handled it so professionally. As he said she should be fired for not just giving him a cup he did not purchase. I was very impressed that under pressure she handled it professionally and properly. I didn't get her name but she did not buckle under this rude customer and kept things moving along. She was quick, pleasent and very professional. Customer service has its challenges. She was great! Wish I had gotten her name to give her 5 stars

  Always good food here, service was great, they ran out of hot water for tea in the keg and the cashier promptly filled it up and instead of making me wait 5 min for water she just got me hot water from the back quick!
