- XXXavier4 days ago2.0Mixed experience at Outback Steakhouse. The hostess didn’t greet us, which felt uncomfortable and almost made me leave. The food was okay, nothing special. The waiter was friendly and gave good service. Not sure I’d go back because the welcome wasn’t great.

It was my friend’s very first time visiting, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcome. Our waiter was top-notch—incredibly attentive and took care of everything we needed promptly. To top it off, the manager stopped by our table to introduce herself. When we mentioned it was our friend’s first visit, she even offered us a Bloomin' Onion! The food was cooked exactly how we ordered it and tasted great. Huge thank you to the team here for making it such a memorable night!

We waited for 1 hr to be put at table with water underneath and crumbs from previous guests. We got up and walked out without ordering anything. I don't know what happened to this place.

My portions were the smallest they have ever been (lobster tail and filet mignon), we couldn't find our usual appetizer on the menu (grilled shrimp on the barbie), and we had slow service. The waiter eventually brought everything he was supposed to, but with longer wait times than usual, and he didn't even offer to bring a second loaf of bread.

Her and her manager spent most of my time there making drinks behind the bar but still made the time to be sure everyone was good and cared for. Give Jaylinn V a raise.
