  This MDs is very clean with fast service. The food was cooked and tasted great, just looked a little sloppy compared to some MDs. They have a HUGE playplace for the kids! Unfortunately this makes the dining room a little too 'cozy' for my liking. I witnessed a customer upset about happy meal toys while I waited to place the order; the manager on suty handled it VERY well! Overall, I would choose a repeat visit to this location!

  I actually live close to several McDonalds but the location on 27th Street and Coldsprings is actually the location I prefer. I think the service is very good, the food is usually made to order and then there is the cheery girl who usually works in the drivethru. I eventually learned her name and she told me it was Sherry. She is always friendly, greets me with a big smile, and always says I hope you have a great day as I am pulling away. Service like that is hard to come by these days and I thinks she is the friendliest employeee I've encountered at any of the McDonalds I have visited in the Milwaukee area. Sherry if you see this I'd like to say way to go and your bring more joy to people than you possibly know and you always remember 3 creams, no sugar in my coffee.....Hope you have a great day.

  Horrible manager . Accidentally turned the alarm on in the playground room because I was dealing with 2 , 2 year olds and forgot a diaper in the car and was just in a rush . I’m human made a mistake . First employee I told that I accidentally set it off and I said how long will it be on all day? And she said it might be very rude . Then asked for the manager , the manger literally came in the playground and started yelling at parents . “Watch your kids” . EVEN AFTER I TOLD HER IT WAS ME . And she then said “IT CLEARLY SAYS EMERGENCY” and kept yelling about the situation . It was clearly a mistake .

  Pulled up to drive thru, the woman said she would be with right with us. The other drive thru lane the man took 3 orders before the woman took came back on the intercom to finally take ours. Tried to get her attention, but no response, it felt like we were just forgotten. Burgers were lukewarm, the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The bun was dry and tasted old. Threw out most of the food because it just wasnt good. Haven't had this many issues with other McDonald's in the area.
