  I placed a delivery order for the jimmy John's right across the street from my job and it took an hour to get to me. Whatever happed to freaky fast delivery?

  This location sucks. I ordered 2 #1 for pickup on 4/26. My order wasn’t even ready for pickup when I got there (gave them more than enough time to make it) the workers are clueless and have zero sense of urgency, and on this visit my bread was hard as a rock and nothing tasted right. Used to love Jimmy John’s but honestly with their prices going up and quality at rock bottom, it’s not even worth it. Wish I could get my money back.

  Remember when Jimmy John’s used to be fast? I’ve had food come out faster at a sit down restaurant than here.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed and online order and 20 minutes later still no sandwich. I called to cancel the order and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said “speaking “ I asked what his name was (because I spoke to a ‘’manager’ earlier and he was rude) and he immediately said you don’t need to know my name. I said what ? I don’t need to know your name ? I need to make sure I’m speaking with a manager. He said ‘ok you don’t need to know my name to do that. Why do you need a manager’ I said because I ordered a sandwich it’s been 20 minutes and we haven’t had the sandwich and want it canceled. He said ‘ok you don’t need my name for that. I can cancel the order’ I said wow ! Have you ever been to a business that handles customers and they don’t give a name ? He said ‘yeah I actually have. But if you want to go back and forth with me you’re going to waste my time or do you want to give me the address’ I said wow ! At this point it makes a ton of sense why you don’t give your name. He said ‘you can leave a yelp review mam. But why would I give you a name to exploit and complain about us’ Who is really running this store is what I want to know ?!?! This is truly nuts. I order from this location all the time and never again. They are slow. Inaccurate. And disgustingly rude. He also hung up on me.

  I will not be returning to this particular location! I have ordered sandwiches here on several different occasions. The bread always seems to be stale and the lettuce doesn't seem to be fresh either!
