    Cold fries, almost no lettuce, wrong type of chicken. They weren’t busy at all and still screwed up the entire order.

    This is the slowest Wendy's and fast food restaurant I've ever been to. It's like there all high not doing anything especially the night shift, I spend a minimum of 20 minutes in line

    Food is good as usual, but I grew old, died, reincarnated, grew up, all before I got my food. Long story still long, this drive through is very slow .

    The General Manager John does not have his teams back. The hourly employees are fending for themselves and get in trouble behind it. If the managers actually support and have their team back, it wouldn't be too many customers coming in purposely bothering them. Most of these reviews are made out of spite because they know that John is going to do whatever they want even when they're clearly wrong. John lets customers run all over his team to get what they want. I have come in there with an attitude on purpose with/without witness, be mean and rude, asked for a manager and get what I want PLUS MORE items added. Especially in the mornings and lunch time (honestly the best time to get free stuff). I've done it before because John, Wednesday and any other manager allowed me to. Do y'all understand how draining it is as an employee to deal with customers always trying to get their way and get free food every single time. It's sick, sad and inhumane. I bet y'all inventory is ridiculous as much as y'all cater to rude customers. and we appreciate you.

    Disgusted. My sister placed an online order for chicken tenders, came home, and took a bite only to find they were completely raw inside. She called the store, and the manager said she could either come back for a new order (who would have an appetite after biting into raw chicken?) or get a refund — and that was it. Completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.
