I’m not the type of person to cause a scene and I was assuming she was just having a bad day but continuing, I asked for a Chicago style hotdog with cheese fries, and my boyfriend got an Italian beef and sausage combo with two CHOCOLATE CAKE SHAKES.. Ava didn’t read the order over with us and was so quick to print out our receipt. I looked over our order again and she completely messed it up. She put down 2 REGULAR CHOCOLATE shakes and with my hotdog she put down two regular fries when I only wanted 1 cheese fries. So I went back to Ava so our order could get fixed and she was already texting on her phone barely acknowledging me and snapped back with an attitude saying she “didn’t know how to refund it” and then just stood there.. I believe employees here should make their customers a priority instead of texting, scrolling or doing whatever on their phones. We will not be returning here.
