I understand taking our order my not be their job, but no one even addressed us or called for someone to come help. We left and went to Mike's pizza next door.

Went up to get the baguette that came with my bread bowl and she snapped at me and said “the baguette wasn’t done yet!” Overall, not a great location. Staff was rude. Will not be returning.

Hair hanging from the light when I looked up, flies inside, spilled soda all over the back station. Food and crumbs all over the floor. Yuck! Won't be back to this panera.
