  Food was good but I had gotten burger and top was burned and for the steak it was missing one of its sides. It also took awhile. It took around 7 minutes for waters and over 30 for the food. However our server was kind constantly checking on us and fixing the food problems.

  This Outback is absolutely incredible!! Right from the jump our stunning server Kayla had such a welcoming, warm energy and had the beat recommendations!! The blooming onion was absolutely delicious and the full-rack of ribs is perfection. We had the smallest mishap, and the kitchen, server, and new manager helped and handled everything perfectly. The food runners were very sweet as well. Everyone just has beautiful energy, and Kayla, again, truly knocked it out the park. Tip her up for real ya’ll! And thank you to everybody for making the birthdays at our table so fantastic!!

  At the outback steakhouse on Sura Lane in Greenfield WI I have had multiple excellent experiences with Aidan when he brings the food out to me. He always greets with a smile and goes above and beyond to be sure that my order is put together perfectly. Five stars all the way. Brett Templin

  Came in and the food we ordered was amazing. I ordered a to go steak that was suppose to be medium and the inside was basically rare and the outside was burnt. Just a warning if you order steak to go please check your container. The food we didn’t take to go was 10/10, very disappointed in the take home steak.

  The food was great. But we had a little issue with service. I don't know if it was just a bad day. Or if we weren't the the right people for the staff. Everyone that weren't our color. Where being literally bothered by multiple staff. We were walked past and outright ignored. For nearly an hour. We were starting to lose our patience. Then finally got one staff member to help. Then we tried to order one dessert to share we both got a dessert with our meal. So we asked for one to go. Then our actual server asked us about our dessert. They ended up bringing multiples. But we said we already got what we ordered. So They had to find something to do with Three other desserts. Omg. A complete cluster F. We finally got done and then our Bill had something added we didn't order and after they fixed that. Then they under charged us and I had to have them correct that . Then our Gift Card wouldn't work on the machine by our table. But worked when they took it somewhere else to run it. We were glad to get back in our truck and head back to our house.
