    I often visit this McDonald's between 2 and 3:30 am. The customer service is horrific. The moment I drive to the speaker, I can immediately tell who is working the window. This young lady has been rude to me on several occasions. She never ask if I am using a code!! She doesn't say good morning or welcome to McDonald's!! Matter fact, I had to ask if I could order. She ALWAYS sound exhausted or extremely tired. I made a comment to her on a previous visit about her rude attitude, and she continues to have the same attitude. When she hands me my food, she doesnt say anything. The least she could say is "have a good day or thank you for coming. I believe she has told staff that I have done something to her, which isn't the truth. I held her accountable for being rude!!! This young lady has long braids in her hair. I am only giving a description to avoid others being blamed for one person's bad customer service. Everyone else has treated me well. It's kinda unfortunate!

    Everytime someone completed an order for curbside pickup a different staff member either smoked a cigarette or vaped. At approximately 1 p.m. on Halloween it occurred 3 times in 15 minutes. One person smoked a Newport and went in, took food to a patron and didn't wash their hands. Poor customer service when I received my food: "here you go," and dropped the tray and walked away. A lot of staff are more interested in talking to one another instead of working. This McDonald's needs a complete overhaul.
