    I CALLED THE STORE TO ASK THEM TO DROP SOME FRESH FRENCH FRIES DUE TO EVERY TIME MY ORDER COLD FREEZE COLD FOOD AND FOOD THAT IS NOT MINE I SPOKE TO A MANAGER SHE WAS VERY RUDE HER NAME WAS MARIAH.. I ASKED HER IF SHE WOULD REPLACE THE FRIES BECAUSE THE CAREER WAS STILL HERE HE WOULD GO BACK TO GET THEM SHE SAID NO 😡😡😡 SHE WAS VERY RUDE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AND SHE DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE MY ORDER I LOST $33 ON THIS ORDER

    Honestly any time I come to this McDonald's, the service is great. It's a shame I'm no longer going to be working at the mall anymore, I'll be missing out on one of the best McD's in MKE.

    I often visit this McDonald's between 2 and 3:30 am. The customer service is horrific. The moment I drive to the speaker, I can immediately tell who is working the window. This young lady has been rude to me on several occasions. She never ask if I am using a code!! She doesn't say good morning or welcome to McDonald's!! Matter fact, I had to ask if I could order. She ALWAYS sound exhausted or extremely tired. I made a comment to her on a previous visit about her rude attitude, and she continues to have the same attitude. When she hands me my food, she doesnt say anything. The least she could say is "have a good day or thank you for coming. I believe she has told staff that I have done something to her, which isn't the truth. I held her accountable for being rude!!! This young lady has long braids in her hair. I am only giving a description to avoid others being blamed for one person's bad customer service. Everyone else has treated me well. It's kinda unfortunate!
