The other drive thru lane the man took 3 orders before the woman took came back on the intercom to finally take ours. Tried to get her attention, but no response, it felt like we were just forgotten. Burgers were lukewarm, the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The bun was dry and tasted old. Threw out most of the food because it just wasnt good. Haven't had this many issues with other McDonald's in the area.

I asked if I can show them my receipt and get my order. The associate at the first window says yes to pull ahead. I get to the second window and the Caucasian manager with glasses refuses to help me and tells me to come in and speak to the other manager. She proceeds to tell me that they have to keep the line moving so I have to leave while shutting the window while I'm talking. This manager needs to go back through customer service training.

At first, I was greeted by such a kind, thoughtful, polite, gentlemen by the name Jesus M. Honestly, one of if not the nicest McDonald’s worker I have ever worked with he was a pleasure to be able to speak with on the farthest speaker. However, when I received my food, my Big Mac was missing the Mac sauce! How do you even forget that!?!?! Secondly, my McFlurry was not mixed at all! If I wanted ice cream and some Oreos on top of it, I would have gone to the store. I payed to get it mixed! This is establishment is all over the place. Jesus M keeps this restaurant up to 4 stars.
