He held the restaurant together like a true restaurant owner would throughout probably the busiest day of the century (BOGO free burger special for their 40th birthday) He visibly had no support from upper management. The manager definitely needed to be available to help with refunds because of the unreliable server issues with the online ordering platform today, as one woman was unable to get a refund from the server issues today. Shame on the manager for not providing their support for these hard working individuals. These deserved more.

I was having a really depressive morning and her cheer and humor and overall niceness nearly had me crying when I least expected it.. The kindness alone.. People like this are PRICELSS and businesses should do whatever they can to retain employees like this ❤️🥹 Thank you guys for reminding me there’s good people in this world.
